This house is right in the heart of both major retail centers Westgate in Glendale and Gateway Crossing in Avondale, there will not be any shortage of amazing restaurants and activities to do here. The home features a very modern and minimalistic design allowing for the open space of the house to really bring the people together. The family room, informal dining room, and spacious island kitchen are open to the family room making it perfect for entertainment. You can also use the garage, which is a nice when it's hot. It was centrally located for the west side spring training baseball parks. Large TVs in all rooms and comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen gadgets (but no dish towels or dish cloths). One of the best features is the patio in the backyard - great place for a beer after a long day of baseball! We had just one bath towel each so if you like lots of bath towels you may want to bring extra or head over to the Dollar store. ##### Linda S.
