Upon booking, the property advertises as being a property with a heated pool but lack to say that they charge you 75 per day to heat said pool. Upon our arrival with excited kids to jump in pool, we were bummed that pool was very cold. Everything was very nice and clean. The property manager was very responsive and anything we needed he was right on it. The heater wasn’t working the first night but I texted him and he was right on it. He had someone come the next morning to fix it and they did such a great job! Couldn’t be happier. ##### Claudia V. They went above and beyond to include items to make the stay convenient and relaxing and I loved that they didn’t have a long check out list of chores.
