It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely use this home again. The only little downfall was that the next door neighbors were having a party and being loud past midnight. The house was perfect for my family of four and my in laws. The kids had fun on the mini putting green. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. It was also conveniently located for grocery shopping, highway access, downtown. It was great! ##### Elisa R. I wouldn't call the best neighborhood, but it felt safe and very central to the area. The only one negative was that we did not use the heating and air conditioning, but when we were leaving it went on automatically for some reason and blasted us out with too much heat, at which point we found it was locked and we didn't have time to figure out if there was some sort of manual override, so it may be a good idea for the host to clarify the situation there. ##### Dr. Rick S. Clean, bright, and recently remodeled, the house offers 3 bedrooms that give the occupants some privacy. The location is convenient to the convention center (quick Uber ride) and the surrounding area is filled with lots of wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need is here. The lovely owners live close by and are quick to respond if needed. My little Yorkie also approves this property as dog-friendly and interesting. There was so much room for everyone to come and relax. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The spacious backyard was so enjoyable to visit with family especially around the fire ring. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the hospitality we felt from the welcome sign to the snack bar. The place is well-cared for and close to the airport and to Wrigley Mansion. This property was \~10 minutes from the international airport which was super helpful since people were flying in from different states. It was also just 15 minutes from the wedding venue and 15 min from some great restaurants in Scottsdale we got to try out. Wish we could have stayed longer. Elaunda was friendly and great with communication. She called me after we checked out because my mom had accidentally left an envelop of cash in the nightstand.
