Beautiful home-gorgeous views
This condo was beautifully appointed, well equipped, & most comfortable. From the patio we enjoyed watching birds in the preserve & the mountains in the distance. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful property, well appointed and supplied. View was wonderful from the patio, and very convenient location to Carefree and Cave Creek.

Nice place
We rented this for the week while cleaning out our sold house in AZ it was very clean had most items we needed. It was quiet and comfortable the only part that could have been better is we could not get get channels to come in without buffering or going out early in the morning and also late at night

Great for Barrett and Jackson stay!
we were super comfortable, and once we figured out the lock box with the help of the owner, we had no problems at all. view was amazing. loved it!!

Great Cave Creek Townhome
Very clean and good layout. Owner is easily reachable and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place. Located close to the pool and hot tub as well.

Great place to stay...
The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay...the place was decorated beautifully, the kitchen and everything one could ask for...2 barbecues too...we were not able to use all of this, but would definitely reserve again...

Nice place, very pleased...
Neat, clean, quiet and very nicely maintained. Great views from the patio, walking distance from some great eateries. No problems and John was very responsive to my inquiries. Check out The Village Coffee Shop for breakfast or lunch, never disappoints and Brugo’s Pizza Co & Bistro for lunch or dinner, you can’t go wrong. Short drive to some awesome Cave Creek/Carefree shops, restaurants and attractions. Definitely would recommend this rental to friends and family & would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing Renovated Townhome with Scenic views
All I can say is this condo made our trip PERFECT! The pictures made it seem a little cozy... but once we got there, we were surprised by how big it actually was! More than enough room for our 2-3 Adults Wed-Sun with 2 rooms on opposite sides of the townhome. 2 full newly renovated baths made it easy for the girls to get ready and start the day. Newly renovated kitchen with butcher block counters and tons of counter space made cooking like it was at home. The location was very close to all of the events we attended. Not to mention shopping, groceries, coffee, entertainment were all a 1-2 min drive away in this highly sought after area. Property was clean, beds were very comfortable, pool and spa are literally right behind the condo with gate and key access making it feel like it was part of the property! The views at dusk and dawn are incredible and we enjoyed with a cup of coffee twice a day. The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer. The owner John was extremely accommodating and even allowed us access to the garage for our motorcycles! Overall I will definitely be contacting John for this property again next year for either this same group of people or for our out of town friends/family! Thanks again!!

Beautiful Property!
We loved our stay at this Carefree townhouse. Located 5 minutes from downtown Carefree and Cave Creek, the proximity can't be beat. The decor is new, comfortable and beautiful. The outdoor area has a wonderful view -- a remote feeling, yet close to everything. We highly recommend this property to others, and hope to return again soon. The owner was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - thanks for everything John!

Nice property and area.
It was a nice property and area. The one thing missing was local tv, only roku, which was only a selection of movies. We had no news, sports or any other options when relaxing. I also question why were asked to strip bedding and gather towels for laundry and also take out the trash. Seemed a little much when we were already paying a house cleaning fee.
