2nd year in a row we stayed here. Great location for anyone attending a conference at JW Marriott but looking to stay off property. Location is well stocked and had a great pool with a back yard oasis that’s great for starting the day and ending the night.

Location, cleanliness, amenities…this property owner thinks of everything from a forgotten toiletry, games, pool floats, candles etc. You can easily get to everything-hiking, shopping, Sedona to Old Town.

Beautiful stay

My wife and I my daughter family and the grand kids were in Phoenix for a family reunion we needed a place to have dinner the night before the family reunion. I called the homeowner to see if I could have a few people over for a barbecue she was more than open to that. I would recommend this place to anybody the accommodations were amazing and it fit all our needs the cooperation with the homeowner was outstanding thank you so much the Mounce family enjoyed their stay
