This stunning newly remodeled home is located in north Phoenix, with nearby freeway access. Pets stay for free! A spacious three bedroom, two bathrooms OPEN floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy dining by the (complimentary heated) pool, as you can revel in the sun year round, with your family and friends. Fabulous fully equipped chef kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We support equality!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.  
  
This home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Phoenix, offering a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. The area is known for its well-kept streets, mountain views, and proximity to local parks and hiking trails, including those in the nearby Phoenix Sonoran Preserve. Just a short drive away, guests will find shopping centers, grocery stores, and a variety of dining options. Guests will enjoy hassle-free self-check-in via a smart lock. A personalized code will be provided prior to arrival for secure and convenient access—no keys needed. The home features a private entrance, and guests will have full access to all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, laundry area, and backyard. Driveway and street parking are available for your convenience. Check-in and check-out are designed to be smooth and flexible, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay right away.  
  
  
  
This welcoming home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite offers added privacy, while the additional bedrooms are perfect for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. The open-concept living area features cozy seating and a smart TV, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space ideal for home-cooked meals. Guests will also enjoy the private backyard—great for relaxing or spending time outdoors. The home includes central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and convenient parking to ensure a comfortable and easy stay.  
  
Having a car is recommended for this area, as the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with limited public transportation. Major roads like I-17 and Loop 101 are just minutes away, offering quick access to downtown Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and other popular destinations. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and nearby shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants are all just a short drive away. Whether you're heading out for a hike, a round of golf, or a night out, getting around is easy and convenient from this location.

\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
