This home is surprisingly close to GCU. We weren’t sure how that would work out based on the map but it was only around 15 min each way and traffic was sensible. It’s got a ton of room and has absolutely everything one might want. Perfect communication with the host, easy entry and great covered parking. The neighborhood is pin drop quiet, except for morning bird song routines, which were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen perfectly set up, etc, etc. We enjoyed the back yard and also loved watching the big lightening storm and rain that came through. The property was as advertised. The property is rather old, but it is well kept and comfortable. We found there were several items we brought with us that were not needed because it was already there. Because we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood, we were a little nervous when we first moved in. We were impressed with the security of the home. However after walking through the property several times, we found the neighborhood very friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable. The appliances are of a good quality.
