Conveniently located just minutes from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor International Airport and ASU, this condo offers all the comforts of home and then some. It's near golf, shopping, great bistros and fine dining, hiking, biking, and more. This single-level, second-floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has two queen beds, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, soft pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout. The kitchen is a dream with plenty of additional appliances, plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining especially with the granite countertops and large open dining area.
