Fabulous residence in 5 star location of Mesa. Updated by local designers and sure to please! Pets stay for free! Great proximity to several green parks, and hiking, trails (Apache), and lakes! Very secluded with complimentary heated and fenced pool. (No charge to heat)Great home for any traveler/families working from home or enjoying activities. Fun for entertaining and relaxing! This welcoming and well-appointed home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open-concept living area offers a cozy space to relax, complete with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a restful stay, and the primary suite includes its own private bathroom. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and in-home laundry. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.  
  
Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.  
\-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.   
\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.   
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)  
  
Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees between the months of November to April. At no additional cost to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Sasha was very nice. The previous guests left a little bit of a mess in the backyard and Sasha immediately sent a cleaning crew over. The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool was not heated for the majority of our stay. Although we did enjoy the pool, it was quite cold and didn't actually heat up until we were leaving the property. Other than that, our entire stay was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 recommend and will definitely rebook.
