We had a great stay. The house was clean, well furnished and centrally located to enjoy Phoenix. The host was responsive and very accommodating. Check in/check out went smoothly with no fuss. Would highly recommend!

We did a family stay for 5 nights for an event at the convention center. The location was great. Beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean. Everything we needed was in abundance from towels to coffee. I absolutely appreciated the owners flexibility when we needed to add an extra day to our original dates. We will definitely be staying again for future events.

Host was great! House was very clean and well organized kitchen with great set up for coffee and cooking. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable too which you don’t always find in a vrbo. Would definitely stay here sgain

The house was lovely and in a convenient location. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We had some trouble with the thermostat and the host was quickly there to fix it.

Everything was amazing from the communication to the beautiful home inside and out! I’m a very clean person and this home was top tier in clean! Home was very well manicured on the exterior too. Close to everything! Will for sure comeback!!

This house is immaculate! The beds were comfortable! Love the aesthetic. The hosts were very responsive! Being able to park your vehicle inside the gate is a bonus! Will stay her again!!

The house itself was fine, and the renovations were done well. It was minimalist, tidy, and overall comfortable. However, the cleaning details could have been better. There were stray hairs throughout the floors, which made it seem like the vacuuming hadn’t been done thoroughly before our stay.The surrounding area was a completely different experience. While the location is close and convenient to the airport, this is not a part of town where we felt comfortable, especially traveling with children. None of the reviews we read beforehand mentioned concerns about the area, so this came as a surprise to us.During our stay, my husband was approached multiple times while pumping gas by individuals asking for money, and there appeared to be a significant homeless/drug presence nearby. Additionally, the neighbors hosted a very loud party with music blasting from around 5:00 PM until nearly 3:00 AM, along with fireworks late into the night.If you are traveling without kids and only need a quick stay near the airport, this property may work for you. However, for families, we personally would not choose to stay in this area again.
