It was convenient to our activities but most importantly comfortable for the four of us staying. It was clean inside and out. We each had our own bed. The bed I slept in had four pillows with varying density so I was able to choose one that worked well for me. Be aware there is no shower or tub downstairs--that may be important for someone who doesn't manage stairs well. Also, if you're driving a large vehicle you'll want to park on the street (if there are available spots). The Tacoma we rented fit just fine in garage. You'll get by with everything provided from dishes to towels. I do recommend that you bring your own bath soap/shampoo and some coffee grounds... great thing is there's a large grocery store just 3-4 blocks away and right next door is an excellent pizza establishment (Starbucks & Burger King too). Larger chain eating establishments are within 10-15 minutes drive--not bad at all. The neighborhood is super quiet so you can relax whether you're outside putting on the awesome putting green or chillin' in the house. We did not take in the trail behind the neighborhood but the entire area looks well maintained and secure. A good judge is if I'd rent the place again... yes to this one.
