This is an Active Adult Community for guests aged 55 and older. Up to one additional guest must be 45 and older.  
No exceptions.  
Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age.  
  
Greenfield Village Resort is a premier neighborhood! There are so many activities and organized events, you will love being part of this community.  
  
\*There are 3 stairs to get inside the unit.  
Sleeping: 1 queen bed.  
Unwind in this welcoming 1-bedroom park model home located in the heart of Mesa. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the home features a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, heating, and high-speed WiFi for a seamless stay. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer & dryer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Whether you're here to explore local attractions or just relax, this cozy hideaway is your perfect home base in sunny Arizona.  
  
There is room for one full size vehicle under the carport. Street parking is available for visitors during the day.  
Overnight parking is available inside the gated community in a common area for up to 5 days for one additional vehicle.
