Very nice house. Convenient location to Mesa airport, the Mesa area. Had a water filter faucet, which was nice for fresh drinking water. We didn't use treadmill but was nice if someone wanted it. The master bedroom & bathroom were amazing! Bed & linens were very comfortable. Large walk-in closet with tons of hangers. I only put 2 stars for listing accuracy because it had the wrong # of bathrooms & beds. That has since been corrected.So many little problems. Nothing that caused us not to enjoy our vacation, but it might affect someone else so I'm going to be honest & list them for someone looking to rent. no TV or coffee maker. Those things didn't matter to us but might be a dealbreaker for some people. There was a computer at a desk & a big screen on the wall that had some kind of projector pointed at it. We had no idea what that was. There was no notebook in the house with things like if those were for TV use or general house rules (most rentals will have a book with checkout instructions - garbage, towels, how to use tv, etc.). Only 2 washclothes for a 4 bedroom house! Several metal chairs & tables in backyard, nice for meals but nothing comfortable to sit on.Surface clean but lots of cleaning issues. Green patch of grass under hammock had dog poop! silverware in a crock on counter was visibly dirty. No plates or bowls, just paper plates. lots of little unclean issues.Things they can't control: very busy, very noisy road beyond back wall, yappy dog next door

The property is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. The property is a great value for the space. There is a projector in the living room which is great for family movies. I would like to make a few suggestions that the house could use a few more dishes. There was only one coffee mug and a few paper plates. It would have also been helpful to have a book about nearby restaurants, activities in the area, what to do with trash, and bed linens. There is also only 1 TV in the living room without any apps installed. There was only Netflix a Roku or Fire Stick would have been helpful as we could have logged into our own accounts to watch our preferred shows. Overall, our stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
