Other delights include an under the counter drawer microwave and what appears to be an instant hot water system so you're not waiting for hot water. The outside amenities included a heated pool, jacuzzi and fire table. We used all extensively. The owner also provided lawn games which we used. The location in Paradise Valley is a short drive from the airport and also convenient for shopping and restaurants. Dawn was an amazing host, pleasant and responsive. Beds are comfy, kitchen is extremely well equipped even stocked with spices, oils and paper products. House and yard very well kept. Back yard offers ample seating in sun or shade easy to find a quiet spot to read on your own too. Enjoyed playing corn hole and swimming. Owners are GREAT readily available to answer any questions before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this property and owner. ##### Teresa M.
