Enjoy peaceful morning coffee or spectacular Arizona sunsets while sipping cocktails on your private oversized screened-in balcony overlooking the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are lots of activities right on premises. Try your luck at fishing (catch & release/fishing poles provided), take a lovely stroll around the lake and take in the scenery including a babbling creek and waterfall, play some tennis or take a dip in the large community swimming pool or hot tub. Gas barbeque grills are located throughout the facility as well. There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Chili's, plus many more. We live at a higher elevation and she was unable to return for at least a week. While here I needed to work remotely. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. It's very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was very comfortable. There is a desk area that was perfect for my remote work while my mother recovered laying flat on her back on the couch listening to audio books. The view overlooking the lake is beautiful and the sounds of the geese only added to the peaceful ambiance. The location is centrally located so getting to the various areas of the city for surgery and post op appointments was easy. There are many food options as well as pharmacy and grocery locations nearby for convenience. The almost 1 mile walk around the lake provided a nice outing for me without venturing too far away from my recovering mom. Mom will need to have the other cornea replaced in the relatively near future. I will be looking for availability at this condo when we schedule the next procedure. The hosts were very kind, answered all of my questions about the property prior to booking, and provided a beautiful and comfortable home to stay. 5 stars all the way around! Having the pond outside was such a nice touch and we spent many mornings and evening on the porch. We had one small issue and it was resolved quickly. The condo's proximity to I17 makes it easy to get anywhere in the area, and restaurants and shops are nearby. We enjoyed our daily walks around the lake, and sitting on the screened porch watching the variety of waterbirds. All in all we had a nice time here during the month of February.. ##### John K. Every area was well covered. We've stayed in countless condos over last 20 years and this was one of best supplied we stayed in. Communication with Sheri was excellent and she showed much interest in our being taken care of. I think Sheri should write a manual for other condo host. Well done Sheri. ##### Joe W. I choose this place based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! Very spacious, comfortable, and updated. The view was fantastic. The condo had everything we needed. The location was easy access to the freeway. The only thing that could be improved is more attention to cleaning the balcony which was full of cobwebs and debris. ##### Michelle H. The bed was very comfortable, the complex was clean, quiet and safe. The kitchen was stocked with a nice supply of dishes, glasses, cookware, spices, coffee and coffee maker. Having the Brita water filter pitcher was a nice surprise. Communication with the host was excellent. The living space was roomy enough to have family over for a meal and play board games. The pool was very nice. The hot tub hot. I really enjoyed the beauty of the lake and the safe walking path all around the lake.
