Attendants were nice but overall property condition was not good. Was inexpensive so i knew what to expect. Cons: Frig didnt work and tv remote did not have batteries. Several other things but lets get to the positve. Ac was nice and cold just like i like it! Shower was an eye sore but water was nice and hot. Suspect area but no one touched my truck. Everyone i encountered outside was cool though. I would probably stay again just for one night because it was cheap. But i would definitely look around.

This place is dirty and would not recommend the rooms. The outside is nice but the room we stayed is really dirty and the bath tub is very slippery and dirty.

The office didn’t refer to the Expedia reservation. They claimed they were not able to use computer because it is about 24 hours behind and couldn’t access information. We expected to post $100 on credit card for incidentals. Instead they wanted a $5 cash deposit. Upon leaving and turning key back on, I had to remind them to reimburse me the $5 deposit. We asked for a smoking room that we booked. They claimed due to health reasons. No smoking in room. Fire alarm was not in place. Wire hanging down. They only gave me one room key even though we were double occupancy. They had us remove our own trash from the room before checkout. The Bed had a well or sloped towards middle. No blanket just a light weight bed spread with burn holes in it. For a quick turn around trip we got what we paid for.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I’ve ever been in! Sheets were so dirty, used, literally dirt and hair, stained, with holes, NOT KIDDING! Fridge making noise like a grinder, bathroom mirror broken, outside fountain making loud noises. Room looks like something from a crime murder investigation. The sheets though, weren’t washed, scary. Gross. Towels had black stains, looked like they were reused 1000 times. Don’t stay here, pay extra and stay somewhere else!

We were on our way to the hotel at 7pm and the proprietors phoned us to tell us we had ten minutes to get there. We got there, and it's in a sketchy neighborhood. Not too threatening if you're from the city, but there were definitely some strange things afoot at the local Circle K. The owners seemed really nervous. Perhaps this is understandable because they were elderly and appeared to be South Asian so could have been targets for racism in the past. They only gave us the wifi password as an afterthought and it barely worked anyways. The TV was hard to get going and we had to stick with one channel. There was a light and fan installed in the bathroom but NO LIGHT SWITCH, so if you had to use the bathroom at night, it would be in the dark or else t you would have to turn on all (one) lights in the room and leave the door open. The bedside lamp had no bulb and no outlet to plug it in, in any case. There was a cigarette burn in the bedsheets. The fridge door opened left-handed and while the place had a stove and sink, it had no dishes or cups or anything like that. The microwave was missing the rotating plate. The wooden blinds on the window were broken. As I write this out, I would say the place sucked so badly that I am now avoiding all hotels with the words "American" or "Executive" in the name.

Felt run down. Missing tiles on the shower window ledge, broken furniture, pump to the outdoor fountain made a lot of noise throughout the night. Only needed the place to sleep and was gone for the day. I guess for the price…

I do NOT recommend this Motel. Very very run down. The room was very run down and extremely dirty. Window shutters broken, mold problem in the bathroom and mattresses was disgusting. I definitely did not want stay in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and gave me a refund immediately.

We would like a refund of our money. After looking at the room we left. This property should not be listed on Expedia. It was dirty and an undesirable place to stay. The door to the room did not close or lock properly.there were some very shady people living there. We were very disappointed.

I have pictures of the room. The door was never fixed after the drug bust that happened. There was something on the bathroom door. The sheets were torn and had something on them. The stove was unclean, and the cord to plug it in had a lot of grease on it. I felt unsafe there. The room had a weird smell. We wasted $165 on a room, we had to find another hotel room. Just to stay in a room for nights we ended up spending $800. This is not okay.

The check in with the staff went well they were friendly and helpful. Inside my hotel room the floor was a bit dirty and some of the amenities were damaged such a the sink hot water faucet missing the handle. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean so the sleep was pretty good. Lastly, the wifi was terrible here.

The room was really dirty when I checked in. They had only made the bed. The sink was dirty, the pillow cases were dirty, the tub was falling apart and had chunks of drywall in it. The management was really mean to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a pretty sketch part of town and I didn't feel like it was very safe. There was no TV remote so you had to manually turn it on and turn the volume up or down on the actual TV. Annoying since I like to Mute the commercials. I definitely will NEVER stay there again. Don't recommend!

It was so disgusting I couldn't even stay there and the owners wouldn't give me a refund, I wasn't even there 10 minutes before leaving and trying to get a refund, the mini fridge wasn't plugged in and it was full of water with holes in it, the mattress didnt even have a fitted sheet and it was ancient with stains and horrible springs, the bathroom door was busted in with nails sticking out, paint was peeling off the walls, it smelled like vomit and cigarettes, the walls had horrible stains with a sticky residue on it, there wasn't a toilet paper holder and the tiles in the bathroom where falling off, no covers on the electrical outlets and exposed wires, only one light in the room, and stains on the toliet seat, and the list goes on and on. It was the worst experience of my life in a motel/hotel, it's so unsafe and unsanitary nothing looked like it was cleaner even the towels where dirty

This was a horror story brought to life. We got to check in at 7pm. No one was around the office was locked. Rang the doorbell and waited for 5 minutes. A man came and made us pay 5 dollars deposit for the key. He took my id and made us wait another few minutes. Then a woman brought it back and told us the room. Said the area was safe and the room was clean. We opened the door and it was the worst room I have ever seen. There were no covers on the power outlets. The toilet seat was taped together to hold it in place. The sheets had cigarette holes though it was a non smoking room. It stink so bad like someone had died in there. The mattress had a protector but the mattress itself was full of blood stains and dirt. The door had a 2 inch gap in the bottom. It was stained all over the door. The chair was stained. The microwave was stained and coated in dried food. The oven was flashing power and was so cooked in dirt it was covered in caked on material. The wall in the bathroom looked like an electrical fire was about to start with a burn in the wall. The exhaust vent was covered in dirt. We couldn’t stay there so my family and I left to drive around for an hour to find a new hotel. The staff was ice the next day though as we explained we couldn’t stay there and checked out and we got a one night refund of the two night stay. The place itself should be condemned and taken off Expedia! None of the pictures look like the hotel. It is grey now and repainted

This is an older hotel with furnishings and room fixtures functional but worn and in disrepair. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy. The room was clean enough, but was not spotless. The room rate was reasonable. I would stay here again in a pinch, but would not be able to tolerate it more than two days.

I've travelled all over and I always stay in cheap motels so I know what to expect. This place is just the worst I have ever seen. The room was filthy, the bathtub was slimy and dangerous to stand in. The door to the bathroom has been kicked in at least twice and the "repairs" amounted to simply moving the hinges and leaving the broken wood in place. Oh, and there was no toilet paper. I could go on but spare you more details. You should not be promoting this place to your clients. It reflects poorly on your company.

The property was clean. Had a nice waterfall on. I know rooms were clean. They didn't have a hair dryer, though, but they were clean and nice and caccompable. The TV was kind of messed up a little bit but still they were their way better than the one I was in before so i was happy to be there. Staff was great.

Only good thing about this place were the clean sheets and hot water. The condition of the room was terrible, as if a police raid had just occurred: holes punched into the walls, broken lights and TV and toilet paper holder bracket (was just lying on the floor), ceiling caving in in multiple locations. You'd think you'd get more for $80 a night.

TERRIBLE!!!!! DON'T EVER EVER EVER GO HERE!! Disgusting, loud, and smelly!! The first room smelled like marijuana. Management took me to a downgraded room that was falling apart even more and smelled like smoke. I asked if the room was a cheaper rate and was told no. The sheets were dirty and there were literally holes in the front door covered with tape. I asked for another room and was told there were none even though they just gave one room to someone that walked up after me. The light rail train was directly in front of the place so it sounded like a plane landing right outside the motel. I asked for a refund, was told no refunds were possible, and went somewhere else. They refused Expedia's request for refunding my money also. No no no no no no no no no no no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooo dirty and gross!!! The first room smelt like something died!! Then got moved to an Room that smells like smoke. They swear it was clean and no one smokes in it. There was cigarette holes on the sheets and lamp that dident Even work. Had to buy blankets to be able to sleep on the beds. Shower water was broken. Sink faucet was broken. They asked for a $5 deposit for the room key and tried to say we didn’t give them a deposit. This place should be shut down.
