Welcome to the Getaway Home, for your next family vacation. With an amazing backyard, patio w/chairs and a pool (NOT HEATED). You will be able to enjoy a swim with family and friends or playing pool/table tennis

You will have a fully stocked large kitchen with everything you need for your meals and it is next to the game room where you can enjoy a drink while playing pool or table tennis. Two brand new 55 inch and 43 Roku tv with all the streaming services; Disney+, HBO, Apple TV and you’ll be able to use your own account for Hulu and Netflix.

Your cozy getaway awaits in Phoenix at this superb house. With 3 pleasant bedrooms featuring queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, and an additional living room space with a sofa bed, this fantastic property is perfect for families or groups of friends. It was the perfect house with two teenagers! The pool table and ping pong kept them entertained for hours. The home was very well maintained and was in excellent condition. Check in was very smooth and the hosted was very responsive to all of our questions.

The house was comfortable and easy to access. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Owner had all essential toiletries, etc. readily available and left treats upon our arrival. We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was clearly explained, and the host was a fast and responsive communicator, which made everything easy and stress-free.We really enjoyed the game room and the pool — they were perfect for relaxing and having fun during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it!

The house wasn’t cleaned. I had to wipe down counters/floor/restrooms. The backyard wasn’t maintained. It didn’t look like the picture at all. Overgrown weeds/grass by patio. We were unsure if it was safe to even go in the pool as the light from the pool was laying by the pools edge. I messaged the owner verifying safe. 2 out of the 4 chairs for the outside table were broken.

The kitchen was disorganized and there were random boxes from what I assume was the home security system that were shoved into the back of the cabinets. The umbrellas for the table outside were broken along with half of the chairs. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time.

Came to Phoenix for a concert mid week. Found this property and based on the reviews and pictures, decided this would work for our party.First, let me say we did not really encounter any problems with our stay at the property. The property is pretty clean and the location is ok.Be aware the neighborhood is an older Phoenix area neighborhood in north valley. The house was built in the mid 70’s. The neighborhood does show its signs of wear and tear but overall I believe it to be safe. The house is a single-level brick home, and the bedrooms are typical of that style (there are 3). Also be aware there is no garage (it was converted long ago to an extra room where the billiard and ping pong tables are.) So if you are there during the hot months and you have a rental car, you’ll want to get a windshield shade. I didn’t notice this about the property so that is my fault.The pool is pretty clean but when I checked the water temp at 9am it was fairly warm. Keep this in mind when planning your swimming activities. There looks to be an aeration pump but not sure it works as intended to keep the water circulating and cool it down. Just something to consider - we didn’t expect to use the pool while we were there, it was just an added bonus. There were a few minor issues we discovered but we communicated them to the owner and she plans to address them so no need to bring them to light here. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Concert Vacation

The property was very nice, everything was clean, and there was even popcorn and coffee left for us to enjoy. There was a pool and ping pong table, along with a pool in the backyard that we all enjoyed, the bathrooms were very nice and the thermostat was easy to use. It was overall a very nice experience and I give a 10/10 for the host’s communication, I cannot praise her enough she made the trip very easy for us.

Just what we needed

We booked this property to be in town for a family member's high school graduation. Our kids are 10 and 13 and this was a great option with lots of things for them to do. We all enjoyed spending time in the pool and game room. It was helpful to be close enough to the freeway to be able to get places quickly while also in a neighborhood. We were also able to host a small family gathering to celebrate the graduation. This home is perfect for hanging out or a place to rest and recuperate between outings.Upon arrival, I found a small amount that the cleaners missed. I messaged our host and she apologized and took care of it right away. I appreciate her prompt answers to all our questions both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!Heads up when booking, this home is in the middle of a neighborhood which may not suit everyone.
