This spacious condo is "picture perfect". Close to the pool, workout center, and outdoor grills. Beautiful granite countertops, tons of closet space, COMFY furniture, nice patio for happy hour, evening dining or sipping coffee at the beginning of your day. Convenient Keurig coffee maker, regular Mr Coffee pot, water kettle for traditional tea making, toaster, crock pot, mixer...all the small appliances you need if you want to cook at home. Tons of dishware, glasses, mixing bowls, etc We have two KING size beds waiting to "lull" you to sleep. Relax after a busy day in the main bedroom, offering a walk-in closet & a private bathroom for added comfort. Both bathrooms have large vanities with granite tops. AND both bathrooms have hair dryers! Quality linens and pillows. A comfy leather sofa and chair plus a large flat screen TV. TVs in both bedrooms, Amazon firesticks provided. Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board. We provide your first few days of supplies such as; laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet! Pet friendly, one dog up to 20lbs, additional fee of $20/per night up to $200 per stay. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. The property offers the basics, is always well maintained and is quiet. We really enjoy the pool and while the gym isn't exceptional it provides plenty to get in a good workout. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of things to see. Using VRBO rather than getting a hotel allowed me to pack fewer clothes and easily do a load of laundry, and to be able to have breakfast and a few light meals there rather than always having to eat out. The condo was clean and comfortable to stay in. Check in was easy. The condo complex has lots of amenities, BBQs, a pool and weight room. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and bedding for our 10 day stay. The grounds are kept up nicely as well as the pool and fitness room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of small kitchen appliances to feel like a home away from home. The central location gives you easy access to all of Phoenix and surrounding areas. Nice to have a covered parking spot but they were so narrow and with a metal pole that prevented you from opening the driver door if you pulled all the way in. Consequently trucks and big SUVs stuck out and made parking even more difficult. Walls were insulated very well but not the ceiling as upstairs neighbors were heavy footed and woke us every morning just walking around. We were there for the NASCAR race (10 min drive) but State Farm Stadium is only 3 mins down the road. The amenities were top notch. gorgeous pool and spa area. felt like I was at a resort. The villa was clean, kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. beds were comfortable. neighbors were welcoming and friendly. my ONLY complaint is the A/C system didn’t work at all and it was very hot inside the villa even with fans on. They tried to fix it but it needed replaced. this is not the owners fault that it will be replaced after our checkout.
