It was very clean and everything we needed was included. The owners provided a lot of information about the surrounding area. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance. The park across the street had many unhoused people, so we didn't feel comfortable taking our toddler to the playground. Other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very close to excellent restaurants and the Nash Jazz club. ##### Jason C. The house is small but immaculate, with thoughtful furnishings and a lovely outdoor space. There’s a gourmet kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and a cozy living room, plus a fire pit and nice grill outside. We were there over Christmas so found stockings hung and eggnog in the fridge for our arrival. Incredibly thoughtful owners who are steps away if any issues arise. Sitting area on the porch and backyard, interior of the home has a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for our needs. We loved the location, market is across the street and many restaurants within a couple miles. We were here for an event at the convention center which was minutes away. It is a small house(plenty for our family of 4), but exquisitely redone. The bedrooms were smaller, but cozy. The bathroom, living room & kitchen were all open and roomy. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and fireplace - as AZ experienced torrential rains… and cold after the rain. After enjoying activities around Phoenix, it felt like being at home when we returned to this rental. Plus, the owners were easy to contact and responsive to any communication. The house is clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great, and there's a small table to work at in the evenings. I came to Phoenix to hike, and the house is well situated to get to tons of great hiking trails easily.
