A cozy townhome right near the loop 101 and 202 (both are main highways) which makes it easier to get around town! The home can comfortably fit 6 people (5 adults, and 1 baby or toddler) - there is a pack n play in the second bedroom. The house is a less than a mile walk to Sloan Park in Mesa, and 4-5 miles away from both Mill Ave and Old Town Scottsdale. The house is also 1.5 miles from Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview which has all essential stores.

The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet. Here are some guidelines for your stay:
- NO PARTIES. Please keep the noise levels down past 10:00 pm.
- No smoking inside AT ALL. Smoking on the property is only allowed on either patio in the unit.
- No pets.
- There is a pool and hot tub in the community. If you are going to use it, please be respectful.
- There is one covered parking spot assigned to the unit. There are guest and street parking within the community. Guests may only park in UNCOVERED spots or else you may be towed. You are responsible for your own vehicles.
- There is a grill on the property that you are able to use. We will provide propane for all guests. Please keep it clean!
- There are a Nintendo Switch and board games, as well as lawn Connect 4 and Jenga games for your use!

Perfect!
My daughter and I were in town to visit family and this was the perfect location to entertain. The living room has two couches +2 chairs so we had plenty of room. Have never stayed at a vacation rental that was so well stocked…had everything you could need and more. We felt the location was in a good area and was beautifully maintained. The beds are comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Emma was flexible with us about our arrival time. We could not have been more pleased.

We liked the apartment. The pool was unusable... far too cold. Some people used the hot tub. Overall, we were comfortable and the apt was clean and well appointed. Thanks Emma.

Perfect Accommodation
. The location was the first thing that caugnt our attention. It was a five minute walk to the south gate of Sloan Park home of the Chicago Cubs.. it was perfect . Every room in the house was above and beyond what I would’ve normally expected. Emma has thought of everything that somebody might need and made it readily available.. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of closet, space, and dresser space with one bedroom having an en suite bath The bathrooms were well stocked with everything you might need and laundry worked well . The kitchen had everything you would want, and several other things that you wouldn’t have thought of .No property I ever stayed at comes even close to what was available to us here The community this was located in was well laid out. It is accessible to two of the major highways. There is a walking path 10 minutes north of the property that connects you to many places, including the Tempe marketplace and the Mesa Riverview. The pool area gets sun every hour of the day that the sun is up with many lounge chairs The hot tub was set at a nice temperature.It was used daily We didn’t ever hear anything from our place and barely saw anyone either . Emma was very good communicating before booking and once we arrived she responded instantly to our questions . She came right over to solve one issue . We will miss our home away from home . The property was clean and inviting. The pool area was great. We used it often. Our host was very easy to deal with and answered any of our questions quickly. Great place to stay if you want to watch some preseason baseball. It is a short walk to Sloan Park.
