This amazing newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath in Tempe. Is your family cozy retreat that's super close to ASU, and is just right for your visit. Also located in the center of all spring training and night life events in the east valley! The property is a must book! This home is fully furnished with nothing but 1st in class furnishings. Also including a few hand crafted pieces by the owners them selves which love art and fashion. The bohemian style decorations is guaranteed to put a smile on your face :). Mellow out in either one of the 3 bedrooms which serve for your relaxation, with super comfortable pillow top mattresses and tightly stitched soft linens.   
Or maybe unwind in the living room gathered with others while watching a sports game or movie on the 80" Vizio TV stocked with all your favorite apps to indulge with. This spacious desert retreat also has a private billiard room with other games including darts and old school table top arcade games! All for your groups stay of entertainment.   
Slipping into the back yard in the evening you will find a super private sanctuary, surrounded with lush cats claw vines built up thick on the yard walls and European pavers throughout.   
This yard serves to entertain as well including a two hole golf putting course, built in grill and fridge ready to be stocked! Gas fire pit to sit around while waiting and willing to invite the evening breeze.   
  
Ring Doorbell installed at front door of the property, away from your privacy. The usage of the camera is for security purposes to monitor the property access, guest check-in/check out.  
  
The property is Pet friendly, including its own private entrance that's 10 x 15 for our fuzzy pals .  
  
We’re proud to be pet friendly, and we welcome you and your pet to our beautiful Casa del Sol in Tempe!  
  
Our Casa del Sol is a gorgeous pet friendly Casa in Tempe where we love our pets, but our human guests come first. Pets must NOT be left in the Casa unattended for any reason. Guests must care for their pets, clean up after them and keep them off all furniture as well. This could save you extra cleaning fee ($25/$50) for excessive dog hair/odors on the furniture  
and linens. All pets must be good citizens. We are committed to making a memorable experience for both you and your pet. Our pets receive a “Welcome Basket” with a blanket, doggie bags and treats! Please do not take the blanket or basket home! Again, Pets must be well-behaved, and must not be left in rooms unattended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were about 10 minutes from most everything that we wanted to do/see. We had everything we needed and more! The pool table, darts & putting green were bonus for down time. Chris & Christina were very responsive & great hosts!

The house is nice but the shower head sucked because of hardwater. This reduced the water pressure. The supply's in the house were minimal at best. Smaller than travel size soups and shampoo. Also no supplies for Landry. Otherwise the property was as expected. Great stay for the most part.

This place was great! Lots of fun things to do in the house. They were very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

#### Perfect Getaway

My family, husband plus 3 teenagers, and I came dow to Phoenix for my graduation. Although some of our party had to stay behind, we had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoy a much needed break from our busy lives. This home was beautiful and we took full advantage of the billiards table and outdoor grill. The home was close to great entertainment and the Walmart for last minute items. Christine and Chris were very responsive and kind to any questions I had. We have already decided that when we travel back for my husbands graduation, we hope to stay here again! Thank You again for a great experience and sharing your wonderful home with my family.

This home is beautiful and well appointed. Love the amenities, like games, bbq, large TV in the living room. The owners were very communicative and available as needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
