Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Great staff, however facility is showing a little age. Not a lot of room for breakfast, bar is small for such a large “resort”. Construction outside and bar pool has been replaced with a big square area of grass. Lazy river park great for kids though.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
This might be a bit of an old-school perspective on hotel reception staff, but my observation is that the attire is inappropriate. An employee dressed like that is fit for going for a walk—not for welcoming guests.

Dirty room, room needed much updating, really no amenities, neighborhood very poor with lots of homeless people. Very nice pool area, good friendly staff. would not go back.
