Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. ...

Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas by IHG
The casitas are spacious but the walls are a bit thin and I had loud neighbors. The doors are older as well and sometimes difficult to close or open. Overall the property is beautiful and the staff is fabulous!
