The location is excellent, right on front of the river. Rooms are a bit outdated but for the price they are ok. Downstairs, close to the lift, there was an immence penetrant smell of toilets. Check in and further service was good. Bra att ha ficklampa med... ##### Per ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Dec 14, 2016 #### 朝焼けの見えるホテル チェックイン時、３名もいたフロントマンだが持って行ったバウチャーをなかなか理解して貰えず、時間を要した。リバービユーを希望し受け入れたもらったが、設備の古いリニュアール前の部屋の様子。 前面道路が、幹線道路の様子で結構通過車両も多く騒音があった。また、リバーサイドでしかも公園（道路）のようになっていてまだ夜明け前から、ボリュームをたっぷり上げてダンスをするグループが出現していた。このホテルの他の部屋でもこの音からは逃げられないかもと思うぐらい強烈。トイレ、シャワーが同室で、然も後付けのシャワーでお湯も暖かくならない。シャワー後のバスタオルしかない。アメニティが貧弱でしょう。 ただし、立地条件はなんと、とても良いと思います。 ##### Verified traveller ### 2/10 Terrible #### A, Phnom Penh Nov 30, 2016 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Rather sleep in the gutter. Its a shame this hotel is so shabby and poorly run. It has such potential to be a good hotel given its great riverside location. I have nothing positive to say about this place apart from its location. Everything else was off. Dingy windowless room with only half the light fittings working. Bed was broken, my back is still sore 3 days later. Wifi was flaky to the point of being un-useable. TV reception is terrible. No fridge. Dirty bathroom. Ratty towels. Incompetent reception staff and miserable cleaners. Ive stayed at over a dozen PP hotels, this was the worst hands down.
