We were immediately feeling better, Stephane and Nicole and their staff took care of us like if we were part of the family. The hotel is located in an area without works so you can have a good sleep. We will go back for sure, food and pool were also great, so many good memories and laugh in this difficult times. Is noted parking available and is it really was not parking I had to jump up to curbs on my big bike in order to get inside for security. We should have paid £48.86($63.19) but because we have Expedia Rewards points, the price was £34.92($45.16). The room was clean, as was the toilet and shower room. A/C was great. The bed was firm. The food was great. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk to the Eclipse Bar and a twenty-five minute walk to the Royal Palace. The hotel has its own tuk-tuk. I've stayed in five star hotels. I got what I paid for. Horrible experience at this hotel. Actual worst experience ever! I stayed 3 weeks in Cambodia, went to 4 cities this was my 4th hotel and was the only hotel I complained about. Everything about this hotel is super cheap and expensive for no reason. The hotel power went out on us twice (pitch dark)! And the AC was not working properly. I called the owner up twice and she denies it and said it was working fine. (She turns off your AC when you take a quick stroll outside and tries to tell you she has a computer that automatically turns it off) Mind you this was our 4th hotel of the trip and all the other hotels AC worked fine so we would know if it was working or not. Everything was very clean, but we forgot toothpaste and they didn't have any so we had to use some salt! There is a pool at the entrance and a bar/restaurant next to that. We enjoyed our Khmer tastier dinner and breakfast was tasty too. However, portions were small, only one piece of bacon and a tiny amount of butter and jam, we did ask for some more but even so there was barely enough for our bread rolls. Our room, 20, was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom. It was on the top floor with no lift but it wasn’t a problem as we were helped with our bags on arrival. It would have been good if the air conditioning had been running before we arrived at the room as it took quite a while to cool down. The staff were polite and helpful on the whole. They arranged for a transfer to the airport which was reasonably priced.
