Excellent place to stay, had an amazing time, staff and management couldn’t be faulted, made me feel right at home and nothing was ever too much trouble. Very friendly, casual bar with great atmosphere. Would stay there without doubt and will be always be my first point of call in Phnom Penh

3 crouches in the bathroom. No change of bath towels or linen on 2nd day or offer to do so. Only 1 soap for 2 people 2 days. Lady argued with me about WiFi number. I told her none in the room she said yes it was and would not give me the number. Uped price on me after I paid for 7.dollars. Not customer friendly.

エレベーターは壊れていて、4階の部屋まで階段です。 部屋はカビ臭く、エアコンはあまり効かないし、テレビの映りも悪く、金庫も使えない。 アメニティは、石鹸とバスソープのみで、歯ブラシやヘアードライヤーも置いていない。 飲み屋街のメインストリートにあるので、バーやレストランには困りません。 遅くまで飲んで寝る為に泊まるだけなら良いかも。 スタッフに笑顔は無く、もう泊まる事は無いでしょう。

Disappointed never again

I didn't stay at the Riverside Phnom Penh Hotel. The television still wasn't fixed. I think they should pay the bill. So they offered me a room at their other hotel. I won't be staying at the Riverside Phnom Penh Hotel again. This is the second time I had been disappointed with the hotel.

繁華街のど真ん中にあるホテルで 夜の街を楽しむにはいい場所だと思います。部屋の位置が奥だったからかそれ程うるさい感じはなかったです。夜の街なので子供同伴の家族向けには適さないと思います。 場所柄か確か廊下にも監視カメラがあったので多少なりとも安心感がありました。 ティクティク？(バイクに荷台を付けたタクシーもどき) にバッグを忘れて 大変でしたが、バッグをなくしたというレポートを欲しいとマネージャーらしい女性にお願いしたら 簡単な様式を用意してくれつあサインしてくれたので助かりました。 セーフボックスがありましたが 部屋を案内してくれた人が使い方を教えてくれなかったので使えませんでした。聞けばいいのでしょうが面倒だったので聞きませんでした。使い方を書いた紙があれば良かったのですが、 、

Right in the center of tourism. Within walking distance from the river and the night market. Quite noisy at night due to all of the surrounding bars. Great customer service.
