The bathroom was in a sorry state with mildew all around the tub and shower area and sink area. I think the problem is more in the building construction and then the management or owners can’t afford to keep up with maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to come down from water damage very with mold. I also killed a cockroach by the sink. And ants were every where in the room. In earlier reviews it’s stated it’s a new hotel and very lovely well when something is not maintained it doesn’t take long for it to decay and this hotel is decaying. The bed was hard as hell and the towels a bit threadbare so really this is all what I’d expect from a $20 hotel here. Also the WiFi was weak.The staff however were very nice and helpful but only one or two knew English well enough. It took some time to make them understand I just wanted toast for breakfast and not an entire huge American breakfast. Also when I ordered an iron so I could iron my cloths they had to go buy one... and of course they didn’t have an ironing board. So I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you get it at $20 a night... maybe. I feel bad about leaving this bad review but it is the truth and well they need to improve . It’s not fair for travelers to arrive with much higher expectations (what the pictures show) and get something different. ##### Judy Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2018 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Robert 29 nov. 2018 I had a good experience at the K9 , the staff are helpful and friendly , my room was large and clean with a nice balcony .The food served downstairs is high quality, including that served as complimentary breakfasts .The location is very quite for PP some daytime construction going on across the river but that ceases at night. There shopping movie theater and a golf driving range nearby. Separate shower and bathtub with very hot water. 5 minutes walk from the DIECC exhibition center. Aeon shopping mall and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
