The chair was not sturdy as it broke during the 2nd day. There wasn't a bathtub in the toilet and balcony. The cafe breakfast was filling but can be better. Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Food there us also very good. Recommend the menu for an evening out. Rooms were comfortable and staff friendly. For airport runs in tush hour, allow an hour and a half for peak traffic. We were ok by luck only as staff said allow a half hour contrary to the advice from our driver! The hotel is musty and outdated. The plumbing is a nightmare. Worst of all someone went until my room when there was a DO NOT DISTURB Sign. Very close to US Embassy. ##### Russ ### 10/10 Excellent #### HIROKO, 일본 May 19, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 훌륭한 호텔 사진과는 달리 부속 레스토랑이 굉장히 스타일리시하고 좋았습니다. 조식 구성이나 주문 방법도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 직원 분들은 아무래도 도회지라 약간 사무적인 느낌이 있지만, 웃어주실 때는 진심이 묻어나는 듯해서 아직 인정을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 음식이나 객실도 굉장히 마음에 들었고, 숙박하는 동안 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다만, 근처에 편의시설이 부족하고 ATM이 있는 편의점까지는 도보로 꽤 이동해야 할 필요가 있습니다. 일반 ATM은 500미터 이내에 있는 것으로 나오지만, 시도해보지는 않았습니다. 근처에 노점은 많지만, 딱히 노점을 즐기지 않는 분이라면 그렇게 큰 메리트가 아닐 듯합니다. 하지만 그러한 몇 가지 사소한 단점에도 이 호텔은 강추할 만한 곳입니다. ##### HIROKO ### 10/10 Excellent #### Goya Sep 23, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### お洒落だけどリーズナブルな隠れ家ホテル プノンペンの滞在は初めて。同期の女の子と泊まりました。ホテル選びのきっかけは地球の歩き方に載っていたから。エクスペディアで見てみると、写真からもホテルの清潔感が感じられ、値段も理想的だったので即決！ アメニティも豊富で、タオルも借りられます。ドライヤー付き。テレビでNHKも見られます。 深夜着の便だったので、レイトチェックインをエクスペディアでリクエスト。そのおかげで、部屋までの案内もスピーディでした。レセプションも対応が丁寧。 またプノンペンに滞在するときはお世話になりたいです。女子旅におすすめ！ ##### Goya
