The staff was excellent. However, the hotel needs to be throughly cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the couch and chair had stains. The bed was uncomfortable and sounded like it was going to break. The shower had soap scum.

The hotel is in an old historical building so even tho the rooms were updated they were still a bit shabby. The staff however was fantastic , the front desk, cleaning staff , and breakfast hosts were always cheery and helpful Breakfast was really good , but got crowded , suggest getting down there early . TVs didn’t have anyway to stream your content so tv entertainment choices were limited tomabout 50 cable channels Overall , I had a pleasant stay and the location was great for my needs

I was in Atlanta for the WE conference and stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed at the time. The staff was always pleasant and they provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here during all of my trips to Atlanta.
