« Nous navons pas pu dormir sur place Pas d'air conditionné ni de WiFi alors que cela était indiqué, il faisait 38 degrés dans la chambre. L'accueil s'est extrêmement mal passé car la personne ne parlait pas anglais. Le dîner devait se faire impérativement à 6h tapante. Nous avons demandé à voir le manager qui après 1h à daigné se déplacer. Il n'a pas pu régler nos problèmes et nous a proposé 50% de remboursement pour partir. Ce que nous avons fait à contre cœur... »
