A new hot tub installed to enjoy the view to Discovery Ski Basin. Right in the heart of Philipsburg and all its amazing recreational activities. All town is within a short walk from your front door. Granite Ghost Town is a short 20 minute drive away. Fishing, skiing, and two wonderful lakes also a short drive away. Large front and back yard. It’s obvious the place is on the market to be sold and so no frills for the stay for sure with very old and tattered decor. Close to town which was nice. The one bedroom had a huge roll of fly paper in the window with dead flies all over the bed and floor, pretty gross. No outlet in the bathroom that works. Shower drain backs up and hot in summer sun. There were fans to put in the windows upstairs at least to cool it down some. Wi-Fi never worked, but we weren’t there for that so didn’t bother contacting host about it. ##### Karen T.
