Well-located hotel near Rittenhouse Park with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Large rooms with rather quiet air conditioning and comfy beds although pillows are synthetic and a bit bulky. Great staff always ready to help. Bathrooms are equiped with walk-in showers and good towels. Amenities in bathrooms are minimal, no shower cap, mending kit, cotton swabs, etc…
The stay was excellent other than mixed messaging around breakfast. The reservation stated the possibility to get breakfast for 2 for 10$ each but once we arrived that was not an option, anyways not a huge deal. The staff did sound condescending in answering our questions about breakfast as if it’s an absurd thing to ask lol.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. My room was very quiet, safe and extremely comfortable. My room came was a complimentary breakfast which was fresh and quite delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
The hotel was in a good location. The lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately thats where the issues start. I purposely researched a room that would have 2 beds and a couch. I looked at all the options and chose this hotel because the queen rooms pictured a couch. When checking in I was asked what type of room I wanted which I found to be an odd question since I had already selected the room i wanted. My response was a queen room with a couch. When we got to the room no couch. There was also no body wash. Had to call for that to be replaced. I also booked the room for the people and they stocked our room with 2 towels. Why do i need to fill out 1 million questions online if you are not going to use that information to set my room up? Also when we got in we were hungry and went to the hotel restaurant. It cost us over $40 for a small pizza and a Caesar salad. Overall it wasn't the worst experience but for what we paid it was disappointing at best.
Parking was such a nuisance! The garage was so far away from the hotel. I also went to the parking garage to get something and when I came back, the doors to the hotel were locked and I couldn’t get in. So inconvenient
Beautiful property. The room was huge and clean and bed was comfortable. Great location too. Parking is expensive but I guess it’s to be expected in Philly.
