I will start with the positive aspects. The apartment building is industrial and modern, very cool. We utilized the game room and the gym often. Check in was without a hitch, communication with management was extremely easy with quick responses (usually within minutes). Public transportation was efficient and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well Now, onto the areas that need improvement. The cleaning crew should be replaced. When we arrived, there was blood on the batnroom sink and bathroom floor! There is dog hair EVERYWHERE! Literally balls of it on the floor and the couch is covered. There was pieces of dog food still on the floor. I immediately emailed management to move to another room and they responded immediately and let us move a few doors down for the night while the vleaning crew "cleaned" again. The next day we went back to our original apartment. The blood was lighter but still noticeable, dog hair and food still present. Cobwebs on the fake plants. I believe they just sprayed the countertops so it would smell fresh and did not actually clean the floors at all. The couch needs to be vacuumed and guests should be made aware that there is so much dog residue. Not an apartment for anyone with dog allergies. The kitchen appliances are limited (no toaster and very limited cooking utensils/dishes/silverware- we had two forks) Overall, the whole experience was fine but the lack of cleansiness, unfortunately, made our experience less than pleasa ##### Serena C.
