We booked the property as a base for sightseeing and baseball in Philadelphia. Although the kitchen needed a few more items to be truly functional for cooking, we were able to heat and prepare breakfasts and some evening meals there. Personally, a comfy chair and plush rug would have enhanced the tiled spaces for me. The extra hurdles of check-in/security deposit/uploading a pic did not deter us but could be off-putting.
