The phone in the room didnt work to call front desk, to ask to change rooms. Ac unit falling apart. Room was not fully cleaned- trash still in trash cans. Bite by 2 bed bugs and found the 2 bed bugs. Crayon all over the wall. 2 pillows on the bed were the worst I've ever seen, they were extremely thin!! The staff at the front desk was extremely rude & disrespectful & no help what so ever. The one light on end table didn't even work. Refused to give us password to wifi. Staff member said "go ahead i dont care if u call corporate. They won't do anything for u anyways. They don't care." Staff member said not her problem that phone didnt work. So we tolerated the room for the nite until we had the bed bug incident. Thank you for your consideration. We were just looking for a clean hotel for the nite with respectful staff. Now we are concerned about bringing bed bugs homes and if that.does happen we.will be in contact with our lawyer team. All we had asked.for was a refund and your staff had no care whatsoever. If bedbugs are found in our home, obviously we got them from your hotel and will be in contact with our lawyer. For now a refund or partial refund would work. Thank you

The chevk in area seemed vkesn and it smelled fine. The room we were given once the air conditioning was turned off snelled like weed. My allergies were insane because ofvthe bad smell. The counter/drssers was dirty, there was food in between the sheets, and stains kn the blanket. I had to buy a cleaning spray and wipe the bathroom and all other areas that could've been tkuched by the children. The place is outdated and in need of an uodate. Our air conditioner was leaking, the entry foorway was gross. We slept with the lights on, and had yo be extremely careful ot to touch anything that i did not wipe down. Lesson learned!! The lady at chrcking had no bed side manner, not pleasant, not welcoming just not a good place

A good basic overnight

This is a good place to have an efficient stay in the area or to go to the Philly airport. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the location near diners and shops. It is a basic stay with no amrnenities to speak of, but it has what you need for a simple overnight for a good price. Nearby, a mile away, there are cute restaurants in Springfield town.

I have stayed here a number of time. Close to family and events. Always get a good night's sleep. But couldn't use hair dryer, outlet not working, unable to move dryer to another outlet. They're rebuilding upper deck across the driveway, noisy but necessary, so not complaining about that! I will stay here plenty more times.

A peaceful place to stay.

It was quite during the nights. Enjoy watching the Eagles game it snowed. I ask for 2 additional pillows and received then in minutes. I cable problems maintenance came and resolved the problem in a timely fashion. This is my 5th trip to this location and i live within 5miles. When i want 2 get away I booked my stay at this location. This location is close to everything i only drove once and walked the rest of my 3day stay.

We have gone there many times and at check out the last time they informed us we can no longer rent there? We have never had an issue there. Always check in and out on time and clean our mess. They never say anything at check in and then at check out was told that we have been on the do not room list for a long time. We have been going every weekend for 6 months.

Location is good. Near stores. Room was dirty. The walls, the doors, the furniture. Needs painting and updating. Lamps, were worn and dirty. Lamp shadee had drawing from a child I assume on it. It6winter time and cold air poured through the door. Needs insulation/ weatherstripping.

The surrounding area was nice and close to a lot of stores and dining. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. It wasn’t disgusting but definitely could have been cleaned better. Found strings of hair and grit on the floor dust. The mini fridge was dirty and unplugged. I’m assuming they were trying to save on electricity because the lobby had no AC and neither did the area where the vending machines ice and one tiny microwave. We also thought it included breakfast

This property is old and dirty. It needs to be updated and cleaned, painted, etc. The area was not great, but was close to shopping and restaurants, fast food. For the cost it was not worth it...I had a nicer, cleaner room and spent less at the Econo-lodge the night before. I know sometimes these places are the only lodging in the area you need, but it was disgusting. This chain is owned by a big hotel company. Very disappointed.

CComing from Africa and visiting the great city of brotherly love, I was shocked to the core to have booked a place that was deceptively posted with all the trimmings of a clean and decent place, only to get there and found out it was a “FLEABAG.” It reeked of cheap tobacco, soiled dingy beddings, unsanitized towels, antiquated worn furnishings, archaic television with grainy outdated channels, to name a few. Damn!! This was my worst experience in booking. I paid for two nights, but could only endure 6 hours. This place is nothing short of abject filth!
