Broken elevator, stairwells at the ends of the building which is inconvenient for the middle rooms. Faulty door lock mechanism causing a major annoyance to enter the room. Continental breakfast was horrible what ch shows what they think about their guests.

Overall trip was fine. Didn't enjoy room on first floor next to highway but the trip became more comfortable as time went on and location was convenient for dinner, many options nearby. Would stay there again.

On arrival our 1st room was full of what seemed to be cigarette smell and smoke. We were moved to another room that smelled faintly like marijuana. Staff came and sprayed with citrus spray. It helped a little. We could not go to the 2nd floor because the elevator was not working and being replaced. The pool was not opened because it needed to be inspected. There is more, I will add it to the next review.

The first room they assigned us was terrible. Odors and smoke. The second room was better. The staff did what they could but the place needs management to give it an upgrade.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes throughout the halls, stairway, and room. The area felt unsafe with homeless people and drug use. I would not stay here on my own, let alone with my 2 small children. I was relieved once I was driving away. The man at the hotel doing check ins did allow me to check right back out without issue once I told him my concerns then Expedia got in contact with the hotel quickly to process my full refund.

Not safe.
I felt unsafe at this establishment. The elevator was broken so all Hotel guess we’re limited to a stairwell that goes to each floor. That stairwell was very creepy. Not well kept most of it was wet with water as if someone poured water down the stairs and it just ran to the next landing. The part of the hallway that leads to the stairwell smelled terrible, which smelled like About 100 boy cats were spray painting and the exact same area continually nonstop the whole entire trip. Every time I had to come downstairs to leave to go to where I was going on my trip since I wasn’t just staying in the hotel room for 3 days straight. The cat pee type of smell was enough to make my eyes water as well as make me feel like as if I was going to throw up the smell was sickening. I also had an incident where a guy was following me in my hallway that my room was located in so I had to wander around the hotel very quickly to not let this guy know that I was actually staying on the floor that I was and I had to go outside and come back in and go up the other stairwell to avoid this in the sky and get in my hotel room before I was seen by him. Also, the doors to the individual hotel rooms do not close properly and there’s a very large gap at the bottom of the door, which a towel did not properly block that opening. The door locks also did not latch very well so I had to tie it shot with string that I bought at the store. I did not feel safe there. I would not recommend this establishment.
