This is one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed in. The customer service is incredible! The grounds are kept immaculate and beautiful, and the pools are the cleanest I’ve been in. The service manager Khoi is so friendly and helpful providing many tips for our trip. The food is amazing as well! Breakfast buffet has many options and they have a high tea included in the mid afternoon. Definitely recommend staying here.

Best hotel in Vietnam! Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel is CLEAN! Beach is CLEAN! Property is CLEAN! Why this is not a 5-star hotel is beyond us. The rooms are large, CLEAN and modern. The food is amazing too. We have ZERO complaints only highest praises. We have stayed many places in Vietnam and this was hands-down by far the best. We will be back and recommend to everyone.

Great resort stay
Resort was beautiful! They upkeep it quite nicely and the pools were awesome. Everything was very clean and easy to get to. They also partner with a company to do a tour of the Mui Ne attractions which you can ask about and are picked up at the hotel.

Customer service was way above my expectations. Staff are very kind, and their customer service system is very reliable. Special thanks to K. Anh, our stay at Mui Ne Bay was very accomodating. However amenity wise, things there could be a few improvements. Hot water is lacking, and on rainy days the room smells like the bathroom. A little more care on the odor could make this place much better

Clean and beautiful beach resort. Service is excellent. Especially Miss K. Anhl and another staff who booked the white sand dune for us. Both speak fluent english. We stayed in connecting room which is clean and smell of lemongrass. Pls bring some mosquito repellent.

When I arrived at the hotel earlier than I thought, it was a terrible situation. We were able to eat and check in with the help of several staffs. Especially, ahn was nice to help kindly.

Great customer service, great breakfast buffet with one of my favorite bowls of pho in all of Vietnam, great fruit selection, beautiful pool and private beach area made this stay so so enjoyable. A short taxi ride to other Mui Ne attractions. The hotel helped us to set up our trip to the sand dunes as well.

Relaxing resort
The resort was overall a great experience. Definitely the superior of the two resorts I stayed in this time around. The staff was very attentive and remembered preferences from one day to the next. The level of English spoken was quite a high proficiency in all costumer facing staff members. Everyone was very friendly as well. A stand out moment was two days before arriving receiving an email warning of a recently common scam bike taxis were running at the bus stop and to contact them to arrange a taxi which they promptly did. Very happy with that particular touch. It showed a level of consideration for guest experience that expanded beyond the grounds of the resort. Staff members Hoa and Anh were great standouts who helped make my stay better. The resort was clean, the grounds were very attractive. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a lay by the pool/beach vacation.

Poor check in experience, we were asked to leave our passports at reception with no justification given. Mosquitos in room prevented good night sleep. Bad breakfast options and poor quality food in general. No sun loungers ever available by the pool. Service was poor in general. NOTE after we complained we were moved to a superior room and given free drink vouchers. All staff knew who we were and made more of an effort to provide a good service. Unfortunately it should have been like this from the start.

What a beautiful hotel with a swim up pool right by the sea. The resort was so incredibly clean and the attention of the staff was second to none. We had a few issues when we first arrived as they clearly hadn’t read our additional requests that we had submitted via Expedia. We requested three single beds as we were three female adult family members travelling together but we were provided with two double beds. We were moved to another room but the third bed was a roll away / camp bed which I didn’t think was appropriate for a luxury stay at a resort. I made further representations and we were eventually provided with inter connecting rooms (one double and one twin) which more than made up for the inconvenience caused. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very attentive. The only negative points were that it was slightly more remote due to the location but then if you are hoping for something low key and a bit more out of the way then this is your place. The only thing that I felt let down the hotel was the food. The menu was very extensive, catering for different nationalities but I think it suffered as a result of this as some of the dishes were not very nice and, on occasion, cold. It was also on the expensive side as the resort was a bit of a captured market. There was building work going on when we were there, which I was concerned about but I hardly noticed it and it didn’t impact on my stay. All in all it was a lovely resort.

Very relaxing & clean place. excellent service!
We stayed 2 nights at the bungalow and it was simple fantastic! It’s a great place to wind down and just relax and chill by the beach. Front desk service staffs and restaurant staffs were very friendly and always did their best to help or give you suggestions on meals and tours to go for etc. special mention to service staff Hoa (front desk lady) who was very patient and sincere and go way above her duty to share with us travel tips and also food to try. I hope the resort rewards such a great service staff which can really differentiate the resort from others in mui ne. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

Very nice view of this hotel because the beach can see the sunrise. And the staff very helpful and very nice. Still have shuttle bus go to city or center or red sand. Environment are very good.

Nice beach. Nice room.
We took 5 hrs travelling from Saigon airport to muine using private car transport. It will take even more by taking public bus. We stay in bungalow with garden view. Room is huge with big bathroom. Hotel staff are great people. They are so helpful and getting feedback from guest to ensure they are enjoying their best in the resort. Breakfast is good, delicious and sufficient. Nice beach, no strong current compared to beaches at ham tien areas. It deserves a 5 stars resort

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience for the 2 nights stay there! Service was good, and whenever any problems came up (water was out for awhile when we arrived back in our place) they were rectified almost immediately. The dinner in house was good - snapper and steak! - and due to a fault in the ordering system, our orders took almost an hour but the restaurant manager personally offered his apologies and provided us with complimentary desserts which was a wonderful gesture on the resort's part. Pool was good, environment overall was comforting and there was no better place to getaway from our busy city lives. Thank you for the relaxing stay, and we are sure to return if we go back to Mui Ne.

Beautiful location, gardens and pool/beach area is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Any problems or issues and they will help you out and be very responsive and attentive. They also do a free shuttle bus in and out of town a couple times a day which was handy as it is a bit out of the way but this is what we wanted, a few days peace at the beach. Hadgood stay.

Great value beach resort
Very refreshing stay here in Mui Ne as we were passing through and gave us a chance to relax on our travels. The resort grounds are very well kept and maintained, the pool is spacious with a bar and just next to the pool is the beach. Pool does get busy during certain periods as expected but seemed to die down on an evening. The rooms are really nice, large beds, great amenities and a desk to do work on. The shower was reasonable in terms of power/temperature.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Very nice place to relax. Helpful personnel. The hotel is not too big, not too small. Great swimming pool with the bar. Rather long 4-hour transfer from Ho Chi Min airport. There is tennis, but no other sports activities. The ocean in front is great but there's sometimes some scrap floating. For the excursions, it's better to order them in the village nearby. There is free shuttle bus transfer from the hotel to the villages around. Food in the restorant is great, but it will cost you 3-5 times less if you eat in MuiNe, although it may be not so goodlooking. Great seafood.

Comfortable and spacious
Pros: comfortable and spacious hotel room. Love the pool bar and restaurant. Cons: the beach was not as clean as the photo (not sure if they are cleaning the beach), room with garden view and the balcony is on sharing basis (should be mentioned in the description)

Great hotel
Wet friendly staff and away from the beaten track but quiet and restful provided you are prepared to eat and drink at the hotel. Not too expensive in relative terms.

Disappointed
Our stay at Muine was to be our last stop in a 14 day holiday in Vietnam and I would have to say it was the most disappointing. On arrival the staff were not as friendly and accommodating as we had experienced everywhere else in Vietnam. The location of the resort was also disappointing in that we needed transport to get to the main strip and beach of Muine. When we got there the poll was green with algea and we complained to the management who did not appear to know what to do about it. They did eventually clean the pool and on the third day of our stay it was clean enough to swim in. (we only had 3 nights there). There is a beach restaurant but is was not opened at any time we were there. On a plus side they do have a nightly outdoor grill and the seafood is fresh although there are better options in the main strip of Muine. In summary I don't think I would return to The Muine Bay resort but I might consider staying in one of the hotels in the main strip along the beach.

There was a heavy rain during your stay so our rooms and staff might make you think that they were unwecome. But the truth is it was not intentively. You can see that many other guests did acknowledge our facilities and service. However it was indeed our fault for not being able to show you our best. For that we sincerely appologize. Thank you for giving us a helpful feedback. It surely motivated us a lot to develop ourselves. Our resort has a young workforce and we still have a long way to go, but with more time and more possitive support from our dear guests, we believe that we can improve.

Beautiful resort
Very peaceful. Lovely scenery and the staff were amazing. Just be careful if booking a bungalow as the spa bath does not have hot water. Other than this I will return and would have no problem in recommending to anyone.
