"The room was clean and so was the bathroom. They had multiple options of tea. The stag was helpful to a certain extent. Some are hesitant with their English so knowing a few Lao words can come in handy. The dinner for May first was amazing lots of variety. The room had a great view."

"Was a quality place when first opened im sure, but a single lift, no rooftop bar staff and a Restaurant that closes at 4pm sadly marks this place down from where it should be 😟"

"A little jaded around the edges but a good stay nonetheless. Its the usual where big money is spent initially and then nothing whatsoever on maintenance afterwards. Breakfast was good and staff try their best. "

"Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer. "

"They upgraded our room after 1st night. The deluxe room facing the city view was spacious but noisy from the traffic and mosquitoes kept us awake. Nice of them to upgrade the room facing the pool. Breakfast is ok. They can do better with a more choices. Location is within was distance to some attractions and shops. "
