Couple of small gripes - very hard water and very hard mattress. Big gripe - no TV. They claim there is, but only streaming is available. and you can't stream local channels and hence any network programming.. You might as well be offered a stack of DVDs. It would be nice to watch Tiger games as well. I can in Indianapolis, but not in Charlevoix!? I called the owner about it twice. Once I was ignored. Second, she tried to help but found out even she didn't subscribe to local channels.. We go to Charlevoix a couple of times a year, but won't return to this place until and unless that is corrected.
