This property is available for renting throughout the entire year - for either short term or long term rentals. During the summer time (mid-June through early September) it rents only by the week (Saturday to Saturday).

The 10% discount applies to "last minute" reservations - made with less than 2 weeks of the arrival date. This rebate will be sent by the owner to the renter after completion of the rental period.

Regarding bringing your dog: You may be allowed to bring your dog - specifics must be approved by the property owner in advance - there will be a fee and specific requirements.

Another special and unique feature of this property is the very large wooded area (Nature Preserve) right across the road - there are several very nice walking paths in these woods for you to enjoy during your stay (anytime during the year). The entrance to one key path is just 150 ft (south) from our driveway on Indian Garden Rd. - you can walk in the woods for miles.

Rental cost this summer is only $1600/week (less than half the cost for renting a pontoon boat at the marina) - Contact the owner for further details on this option.

Renter will be provided with a map, door key combination, and complete house instructions prior to the rental period. Check-in time is normally 3 pm, check-out time is normally 11:00 am.
