Incredible kitchen. Family room has a greatest sound with 75 inch TV. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It has free carpool… huge backyard. Grill available too. 15 min away from Fort Lee(military base) and 5 minutes from Petersburg historic district. Etc

Not What i Expected
My stay was very not what i was expecting, me my spouse and other two friends were staying the night while we were in town for a concert at VCU, The first thing that was a surprise to me was how it seemed as if whoever lives there left right before we came , nothing was clean enough for me to feel safe to cook or store food in the fridge.the downstairs shower was also not the same as the picture u pull the curtain back and it was filthy and they left their personal wash rags and loofas still in the home . All i wanted to do was get the night over with we also asked for extra towels and cloths before arrival only got 2 that’s not extra that’s legit minimum amount, no trash cans and so many pictures of the family u might as well consider yourself apart all n all it was just a very unsettling and weird experience wouldn’t recommend unless you wanted a good laugh.

First Experience with VRBO
Came from a soccer tournanment and needed a place to stay for overnight only. Thought there were four rooms to stay but only 2 were available. So we had to sleep on the couches/lounge chairs and an inflatable bed. Showers were not clean at all with the curtains barely hanging on. The Ceiling fans were not balanced so at high speed they rocked back and forth. Kitchen was ok. No Trash cans to put trash in. AC and water did work though. Microwave kept tripping the circuit breaker when we used it. Did not cook anything on the stove top or in the oven. No washer or dryer at all. Did not use the kitchen sink at all. Nice place to stay to crash over night but not long term. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood.
