Such a lovely home, Wayne was easy to reach and quick to respond! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding on Saturday at Monadnock State Park (about 20 minute drive) and had a lovely dinner the night before, there was plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely stay there again!

We needed accommodations for a family of 10 close to Aldworth Manor for a wedding. This property was perfect- plenty of space to relax and chill during down times, and a 20 minute drive to the venue. The house was super clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed. The host quickly responded to all questions. Highly recommend.

The property was absolutely perfect. House was even better than the pictures with so much space to spread out with a large family. It is apparent that the owners take great pride in making it nice. Everything was spotless! The surrounding grounds were also beautiful.

Thanksgiving gathering

My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne.

Annual reunion

House was large and comfortable with space for everyone. Enjoyed dinners with our group around the dining table. Kitchen is older but works. Played a charades-type game in the living room one evening. Peterborough wonderful for eats, walking and shopping.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Peterborough!!

We rented this house for a long weekend stay with family. It is a great place for a small family gathering. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Wayne was easy to work with and answered all questions. The house met our expectations and the description was accurate. If the occasion arises for us to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate to rent it again.

Comfortable, Convenient, and very easy experience

My family gathers every year in a National Park and uses VRBO. This year we gathered for a family wedding. The host was excellent, the place was beautiful, and our stay was lovely. It was one of the best places we have ever gathered as a family.

We love the lovely large house and its great location right in the town of Peterborough, but hidden by woods and in farmland. Wayne Dodds is a wonderful host. It's been the perfect place for family get-togethers in both winter and summer..

College graduation getaway

The perfect property for our family to gather and celebrate our daughter's graduation from Keene State College. Plenty of space for eleven of us and our dog loved seeng all the animals next door! It is also close to restaurants and stores and the college was only 25 minutes away. Wayne was the ultimate host!

Just right for a large family

We had a delightful four-night Thanksgiving stay at this lovely, spacious home. There was plenty of room for cooking and eating as well as for finding a nook for a quiet conversation. The grounds are wide open, and my grandson loved going around the circular driveway on his scooter!

Christmas in New Hampshire

The Peterborough house is perfect for our family holiday. Because our grandchildren are in college or still in High School, the only time everyone is free to be together is Christmas week and we've rented the house three years running. It's a nicely furnished, comfortable, well-maintained house, with an excellent kitchen and views from its glassed-in porch. It sits amid trees, next to a farm (with ponies and other animals) and is also a stone's throw from the Peterborough Shaw's and from restaurants. We have been so lucky to have found the house. Wayne is a fine host and a very helpful one. The driveway is plowed (this year there was quite a bit of snow) and sand is available at the front door if needed. We'll be back!
