Via Baldeschi connects Piazza Morlacchi to Piazza Ansidei and parking is usually found for the car comfortably. In detail, exiting the building on the right, you reach 50 meters on foot, Piazza Cavallotti where until late at night there is a convenient grocery store, the Morlacchi theater with its prose season which is one of the most important theaters in the city, home to the Journalism festival, and universities of literature and philosophy. While, leaving the building to the left, always 50 mtr, you will find via Ulisse Rocchi that connects going up the Etruscan Arch, one of the seven gates of the Etruscan walls of Perugia, to piazza Danti and to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo which opens onto the beautiful piazza quattro November scenario of summer concerts during the Umbria Jazz festival. I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia. ##### robin g. Bottom line: we would stay again. It's a large, well situated apt & checking in & out was simple. But we would ask that the appliances be checked before our arrival. La vista dalla finestra del soggiorno è incantevole. E' a due passi dal Palazzo dei Priori, quindi centralissimo. Nei pressi ottimi ristoranti. Attenzione: è nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, il parcheggio vicino a casa è quasi impossibile e le due rampe di scale dentro l'edificio sono un po' ripide, ma la cosa è comprensibile visto che il palazzo è antico. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili, la chat via Whatsapp ci è stata davvero utile! ##### Cristina S.
