Inside a historic country manor house, it is located just 2 km from the airport, near Assisi and Perugia. Completely renovated in 2018 and furnished with paintings and period furniture, it offers a perfect space for those who want to immerse themselves in the most rarefied atmospheres of ancient Umbria between history and nature. The apartment is divided into two floors: on the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, a large well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The second floor is an enchanting attic with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. All this is framed by a magnificent 100 m2 terrace with a scenic view of the Assisi valley! Equipped with a large pergola, table with chairs and solarium, on the terrace you can spend pleasant evenings of relaxation and beauty. From here you can admire the marvelous spectacle of the dawn that illuminates the city of Assisi and the Mount of San Francesco, the magnificent Umbrian hills lush with vineyards and olive groves, the Acropolis of Perugia, the villages of Spello, Trevi, Montefalco and Spoleto . The accommodations are comfortable and spacious, with beautiful rooms. The outside pergola is just breathtaking, and if you rent the jacuzzi also it’s an amazing way to spend the hot afternoon - soaking while overlooking the views! 6 people and a baby stayed here quite comfortably - I would highly, highly recommend this property! If we come back to Perugia, we will certainly be staying here! L' appartamento è accogliente, arredato con gusto e super attrezzato con una bellissima Terrazza. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Cortesia e accoglienza dei proprietari.
