The property is located in the heart of Perugia, inside the courthouse, a historic 16th-century building. Its central location allows you to easily reach all the city’s main attractions on foot. Please note that the accommodations are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- SLEEPING AREA (open to the living room and not separated from it) with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The accommodations are located at Via Baglioni 3, in the heart of Perugia’s historic centre, overlooking Piazza Matteotti, one of the city’s most central and picturesque squares. The location is ideal for exploring Perugia comfortably on foot: just a short walk away are Corso Vannucci, the elegant main street of Perugia’s historic centre; Piazza IV Novembre with the Fontana Maggiore; the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and Palazzo dei Priori; as well as the picturesque Rocca Paolina and Piazza Italia.



Perugia is a city rich in history, art, and panoramic views, successfully blending the medieval charm of its narrow streets, arches, and squares with the vibrancy of a university and cultural hub. Strolling through the historic centre, you’ll come across shops, cafés, traditional restaurants, wine bars, and venues where you can savour Umbrian cuisine and experience the city’s authentic atmosphere.



The area is particularly convenient for those who wish to visit the main attractions without using a car: from the centre, you can easily reach the National Gallery of Umbria, the Etruscan Well, the Etruscan Arch, the medieval aqueduct, and numerous scenic viewpoints overlooking the Umbrian hills. The location also allows you to easily get around to other parts of the city and set out to discover Umbria’s most picturesque villages and towns.



From the Perugia train station, you can reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes by bus, by taking the Minimetro from the Fontivegge stop and getting off at the Scale Mobili - Pincetto stop.



From Umbria Airport, you can take the shuttle service that connects the airport directly to the Central Station, then follow the directions above.



If you’re travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which is in effect Monday through Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on holidays from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

You can park in the first available parking spots nearby, located about 300 metres from the apartment.
