  • The 125 sqm apartment is on the first floor of the chalet, recently refurbished, equipped with every comfort is in Ponte Felcino, at the foot of Perugia (7 KM), but in a strategic position to visit Umbria with short trips.
    La Sora Bice has an outdoor pool, a garden, a large terrace and free WiFi in all areas.
    The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room with books, TV and board games, terrace and two large bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. In a room over the double bed it is possible to put a single bed and a cot for children up to 5/6 years. In the second bedroom as well as the double bed you can put a cot for children under 5/6 years. The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed.
    The parking is private, free, covered, secure because within the fenced structure. La Sora Bice is 10 km from Perugia and the train station.
