Getting around is easy and convenient. Whether you choose to walk, cycle or drive the area is easy to manoeuvre. There is plentiful public transport systems, including a bus stop, located close by.

*Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.

*Parking is available in the under-cover parking bay and the one next to it. There is one spare bay next to the end of the lawn. Please take care due to angled parking and a low limestone wall.

*Trailer parking is available on the lawn - please ask for instructions to comply with strata requirements.

* You will need to turn the hot water system in the courtyard to 5 when you arrive and please return it to 1 when you leave.

The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.

Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

Security Hold / Damage Protection

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.

The photographs grossly misrepresent this property. The property was dirty throughout, mostly downstairs. The kitchen was so filthy that we refused to eat or drink in it. Partly used food was left in the property, the sideboards and floors were sticky and the drawers and cupboards were dirty with food deposits and other waste. The agent insisted the property had been professionally cleaned before we occupied it. That simply cannot have been true. The Wi-Fi code provided was incorrect and despite multiple requests for support we were without Wi-Fi for the first day of the rental. We had no option but to stay in the property for one night as local hotels were occupied. The young men renting the neighbouring property were partying loudly outdoors until after midnight. We moved out first thing in the morning.

Highly recommend

Even though it is attached to a number of other dwellings it still felt quite secluded and that you had your own space. Comfortable furniture and all amenities and infrastructure in working order. Would stay there again.
