The building is historical and there is a lovely coffee shop and pizzeria on the bottom floor. Well-appointed with most of the everyday items one would need. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was central and within walking distance of cafes/ restaurants/ shops and the venue (Code's Mill). Conveniently, it is located in the same building as the well established Coutt's Cafe. The stairs were definitely not as challenging as I anticipated and my 80 year old parents navigated them without issue. The space was clean, modern, spacious and had everything we needed. I very much appreciated the "fire escape" alternate exit as well. This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. There were a couple of details from the posting that needed to be updated for clarity, but they were fairly minor, and the owner was quick to respond.
