Was a spacious unit for a family of 4 with good sized balcony with bbq. Nice outlook to the WACA, loved seeing the lights on of a night. Location was good, grocery store and BWS only steps away. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean with modern furnishings and a great kitchen that comes fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Outside there is a large balcony with outdoor furniture and a large barbeque for your exclusive use it's really enjoyable area to spend time in the morning and late afternoon. There is a good selection of restaurants within a couple minutes walk from the apartment with the main shopping mall of Perth CBD just a casual 10 minute stroll away.
