Located in one of Subiaco's favoured locations, close to Kings Park, the hospital precinct, the UWA and the Swan river and with good access to the cafe strip, small bars and restaurants, excellent shopping and public transport. Fully refurbished,( repainted thorughout 2023) this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests. This is a self catering apartment and we supply some basic consumables to get you started (soap, toilet paper, etc), after which you should replenish your supplies as needed. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels. Minimum 5 nights. Virtually everything we needed was provided for our 5 week stay. The location is good - the purple cat bus goes into the city for free from nearby. There are a couple of nice restaurants, cafes and a bar within a very short walk. Another pleasant bonus is a lady coming in every Sunday to clean and change bedding. Although we didn't meet, the owner seemed very pleasant indeed. ##### Mags J. The outdoor area needs some tiding up. Pave most of the yard against the unit. Keeping the bottlebrush tree and garden on the opposite. Maybe have the outdoor setting against the lounge window so you aren't sitting with above apartment looking over you. An umbrella or sail from the wall. Apart from this is fine. ##### Julie R.
